Mark A. Psimos is a true Northwest Indiana native, born and raised in the Glen Park area of Gary to a father who worked for Dixie Dairy and a mother who worked at JCPenney in the Village Shopping Center. He studied at Indiana University Northwest while also working at US Steel. He kept this same work ethic while studying and commuting to John Marshall Law School, working at a local McDonalds in Schererville until his graduation in 1983.
After law school, Mark began working with his Uncle, Harry Psimos, and became a partner at his firm in 1992. He concentrates his practice in Personal Injury and Criminal Law, both Federal and State. he has been on the Federal Public Defender Panel for over 30 years, handling all forms of serious criminal matters.
His staff consists of two legal secretaries, one of whom who has been a member of the Psimos Law team for over 30 years and the other for over 15 years. He prides himself on helping hundreds of people maneuver through the legal process, all the time charging reasonable fees.

Nathan M. Psimos was born and raised in Schererville, Indiana. Nathan is Mark's son and started working with the firm in April 2021. Prior to that, Nathan graduated Lake Central High School in 2007 before earning his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Purdue Calumet. He graduated from Valparaiso Law School in 2016 and passed the Indiana Bar Exam in 2017.
Upon being admitted to the bar, Nathan began working as a Prosecutor at the Lake County Prosecutor's Office, during which time he gained extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system. He started with traffic infractions and moved all the way up to serious Felony crimes ranging from 'Operating While Intoxicated causing Death ' cases to murder charges. After 3 and 1/2 years, he ended his prosecuting career with a murder conviction in a jury trial. Nathan now handles state criminal matters as well as other things including: infractions, driver's license reinstatements and cleanups, criminal expungements, arrest sealings, misdemeanors, felonies, as well as any other criminal issues clients are facing.
